Peningkatan Literasi Artificial Intelligence Mahasiswa melalui Pelatihan Interaktif Berbasis Code.org

Perkembangan kecerdasan artifisial (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan tinggi. Namun, tingkat literasi AI di kalangan mahasiswa ilmu sosial masih relatif terbatas karena pembelajaran AI umumnya berorientasi pada bidang komputer dan pemrograman. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya program penguatan literasi AI yang bersifat inklusif dan mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa lintas disiplin ilmu. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai konsep dasar AI, penerapan machine learning, serta aspek etika penggunaan AI melalui pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran interaktif Code.org. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan participatory learning yang terdiri atas tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung (hands-on learning), diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Sebanyak 25 mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Halu Oleo mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar AI, mengenali prinsip kerja machine learning, serta menyelesaikan seluruh modul praktik pada Code.org. Evaluasi kepuasan juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap materi, metode pembelajaran, narasumber, dan manfaat kegiatan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran AI berbasis platform no-code mampu meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa secara efektif sekaligus memperkuat kesadaran mengenai penggunaan AI yang etis dan bertanggung jawab. Model pelatihan ini berpotensi direplikasi sebagai bagian dari pengembangan literasi digital di perguruan tinggi.
